What to do in the Event of Losing Data:
- STOP using the device that contains the data. If this is a memory card then do not attempt to access it. If it is the hard drive in your computer then stop using your PC as the more you use your PC the harder it will be to save the lost data.
- Call Us to arrange an appointment to drop off your PC or flash drive (We can also collect if you prefer)
- We will attempt to recover the requested data. If we are unable to recover any of your data there is NO charge.
After my 500GB external hard drive crashed with clients photographs I turned to PCT and was very happy with them as they we able to recover all of my data and even transfer it ready to a new external drive within 3 hours. What a life saver!

PCT Wales Ltd gives you the added peace of mind that all our work is guaranteed. We can also provide upgrades on-site if you would prefer. We ensure that every precaution is taken when handling your computer and it's components. All upgrade work is carried out in our specially equipped anti-static workshop.
Most computers aged from 2 - 4 years are more than capable of running Windows XP, office applications and using broadband. Most often all that is needed is a RAM upgrade.
